As a creative service-based company, And Media provides customized solutions tailored specifically to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our work, the following return and refund policies apply:
1. Non-Returnable Services
All services provided by And Media—including but not limited to video production, post-production, creative development, and AI-generated content—are non-returnable. Once a service is initiated, it cannot be reversed, resold, or undone.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to And Media are non-refundable. This includes:
- Advance payments
- Retainer fees
- Milestone payments
- Final invoices
We invest time, talent, and resources into each project from the moment it begins, and therefore are unable to process refunds.
3. Invoice Finality
Once an invoice is issued, it is considered final and binding.
No changes, edits, or reissuance will be entertained.
Clients are requested to verify all details before final approval and payment.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe an error has occurred in billing or service delivery, please contact our accounts team at accounts@andmedia.co.in within 30 working days of receiving the invoice or final delivery. All concerns will be reviewed, but they do not guarantee a modification or refund.
5. A Note of Clarity
We strive to maintain complete transparency in project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and cost. Any ambiguity must be resolved prior to project commencement or invoice approval. Once initiated, we consider the brief and terms to be accepted in full.
